Renkada'nın tamamı hesapsız çalışır; hesap yalnızca ebeveynin isteğe bağlı açtığı ilerleme yedeği içindir. Hesabı sildiğinizde hesap, bütün oturumlar ve sunucudaki ilerleme yedeği hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir. Hiçbir bilgiyi saklamaya devam etmeyiz. Cihazınızdaki ilerleme silinmez.

Renkada'yı açın → sağ üstteki ayarlar düğmesi → ebeveyn şifresi → Hesap sekmesi → Hesabı sil.

Uygulama olmadan silmek

Hesabınızdaki e-posta adresini yazın; o adrese 6 haneli bir doğrulama kodu göndereceğiz. Kodu girip onayladığınızda hesabınız silinir.

Hesabınızı Apple ile açtıysanız ve e-postanızı gizlediyseniz kod, Apple'ın yönlendirdiği adres üzerinden size ulaşır. Sorun yaşarsanız hesabın e-posta adresinden destek@boyacik.com adresine "Hesabımı silin" yazmanız yeterli; en geç 30 gün içinde (genellikle aynı gün) silip size haber veririz.

Delete your Renkada account

Renkada works fully without an account; the optional parent account only stores a progress backup. Deleting it immediately and permanently removes the account, all sessions and the backup on our server. Progress stored on your device is not affected.

In the app

Open Renkada → settings button (top right) → parent PIN → Account tab → Delete account.

Without the app

Use the form above: enter your account email, then the 6-digit code we send, and confirm. If you have any trouble, email destek@boyacik.com from your account email with "Delete my account"; we will delete it within 30 days (usually the same day) and confirm.
